Litigation Background
While employed per diem at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, Sullivan & Cromwell, and Imtech, Inc., Ms. Moy obtained significant trial preparation experience in corporate matters. While in general practice, Ms. Moy gained extensive civil litigation experience in Federal Court and the State Courts of New York and New Jersey. She also has a broad background in general liability cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. Currently, her emphasis is on motion practice, pre-trial discovery and trial preparation.
