Litigation BackgroundMr. Kopff has extensive experience in the defense of medical malpractice cases. He has tried major personal injury and wrongful death cases in both Federal and State courts. His courtroom experience in obstetrical, ophthalmological and surgical cases includes numerous victories in brain damaged, wrongful death and other high exposure cases. In the courtroom, Peter relies heavily on visual demonstrative evidence, thorough preparation of his own witnesses and thoughtful cross-examination of adverse witnesses.
