Litigation BackgroundMr. Piacentile is a former Senior Trial Counsel to the Office of the Bronx District Attorney. His experience includes more than 100 felony jury trials to verdict, including organized crime cases, narcotics related murder, policy custody deaths, murder for hire, infanticide, attempted murder of a police officer, rape, pattern robberies against the elderly and armed home invasions. He has given lectures and demonstrations on techniques of direct examination, cross-examination and summation to Bronx County Assistant District Attorneys, members of the defense bar and police officers from New York City, Rockland and Westchester Counties. He is a former member of the Judicial Screening Panel of the Association of the Bar of Bronx County.
